CONSTITUTION OF THE NATURE CLUB
(September 29, 2008)
- Name of the Club: The club shall be called "ENVIRON".
- Registered Office: The head office of the club will be located at Career Institute of Technology and Management, Faridabad.
- Membership: All the students wishing to be a part of the club would be its member but they should be enrolled to any course at CITM.
- Subscription: Rs 100/- for an yearly membership. The membership is to be renewed annually.
- Area of operation: CITM to All over India.
Objectives and Module
- Organize events at the time of intercollege fests for highlighting environmental issues.
- To hold regular events and competitions related to the club's genre.
- To invite various dignitaries and environmentalists to hold seminars and symposiums.
- To initiate a plantation drive.
- To generate a mass awareness among people regarding the conservation of nature and natural resources.
- To identify various problems plaguing the area and dragging the media attention to it.
- If possible, to devise some eco-friendly devices through final year project work in all departments.
- If possible ,to have field trips to various sanctuaries or national parks to get a feel of the conservation and the problems associated.
Duties
- The President shall be the head of the Club. He shall preside the meetings and conduct the affairs of the club and its members.
- The duties of the General Secretary shall be:-
- To convene the GBM.
- To keep a record of the minutes of the meetings.
- To prepare and present an Annual report of the club.
- All the members shall do the work that may be entrusted to them from time to time by the co-ordinators.
